We take our stability very seriously and it is extremely rare to ever have any downtime. We typically only perform our updates at the quietest period of the weekend, and even when a new release is rolled out, our systems are designed in such a way to have no downtime.
We monitor all our services with several different high end tools, and you can check the status of all our servers too.
